The charming old Farmhouse is located on a green hillside and it has a splendid panoramic position, which dominates the whole valley. It is placed on the Monte Rufeno Natural Park Reserve, an uncontaminated land where people can live in direct contact with nature.
The structure is located to a few minutes from Acquapendente Village and San Casciano dei Bagni Village.

ROSA apartment (65 sq.mt) - First Floor – (2-4 sleeps): lounge-dining room with kitchenette, TV and 1 single comfortable sofa bed, 1 double bedroom with another single bed, 1 bathroom with shower. Outdoor space with a table and chairs is reserved for the occupants.

VIOLA apartment (70 sq.mt) - First Floor – (2-4 sleeps): lounge-dining room with a fireplace, kitchen, TV, dishwasher, 1 single sofa bed, 1 double bedroom with another single bed, 1 bathroom with shower. Outdoor space with a table and chairs is reserved for the occupants.

IRIS apartment (60 sq.mt). First Floor – (2-3 sleeps): living-room with kitchenette, TV, 2 single sofa beds, 1 double bedroom with another single bed, 1 bathroom with shower. Outdoor space with a table and chairs is reserved for the occupants.

MIMOSA apartment (90 sq.mt; 4-6 sleeps) Independent Dépendance – ground floor- central heating; TV . This apartment has been predisposed to welcome a big family. It has:an elegant and large living-room with fire place;  equipped kitchen, 1 double sofa and colour TV; 2 double bedrooms each with a single-extra bed (3+3 =  sleeps 6 ); 1 spacious bathroom with shower. Air Conditioning (autonomous). Outdoor space with a table and chairs is reserved for the occupants.

VIOLA apartment + IRIS apartment (130 sq.mt) can be communicating so to be rented as a whole apartment for 6-8 people: 2 bathrooms with showers, 2 double bedrooms with another single bed (3+3 =  sleeps 6), 1 twin bedroom (sleeps 2), 1 big kitchen with: fire place, dishwasher, TV, double sofa and a living room.  Outdoor space with a table and chairs is reserved for the occupants.

PRICES:

Weekends: in Low and Middle Season: from euro 40 to euro 50 per person per night, at least 2 nights.

Week: from euro 30 to euro 55 per person per night.

SPECIAL OFFER per WEEK from Saturday to Saturday in JUNE and SEPTEMBER 2007: 2 persons euro 650 and not euro 750: 100 euro discount. Our property extends on 3 Regions: Latium, Tuscany and Umbria, in a Natural Park Reserve about 3.000 hectares ( Monte Rufeno).

This territory is named Alta Tuscia (Northern Latium) on the borders between: Tuscany and Umbria, to 10 minutes from Bolsena Lake and to 20 minutes from Orvieto, in the beautiful road Cassia (the most important tourist road from Siena to Rome)

In Orvieto there is a railway station and so our guests can travel cheaply and easily into Rome in about 1 hour without having to face the parking problem in the Capital.

The closest airports are: FIUMICINO airport in Rome (1 hour and 30 minutes by car) or CIAMPINO airport in Rome ( 1 hour and 30 minutes by car) or Pisa airport ( 2 hour and 30 minutes by car).

TO  REACH US:

FROM ROME and From FLORENCE: Motorway A1, Orvieto tollgate. Follow the signs for Sferracavallo, then for Castel Viscardo and for Acquapendente. After the Acquapendente town centre, you must continue on for about 4 km on the S.S Cassia North.  After the Paglia River bridge, on the left you’ll find Esso Petrol Pump, after 100 mt on the right side at the km 136.300, you’ll find the road to reach Sant’Angelo (the white road is only 600mt and it is easily to run along this road).
