For those who want to taste the good recipes of this place, we offer home made products such as: vegetables, cheese, lamb and goat meat as well as honey and jam.
You will also have the possibility to taste the dishes of our good cuisine, that still maintain the genuine flavours, by preferring our home products and by choosing among pappardelle with porcini mushrooms, home made tonnarelli with artichokes and sausage, crepes with ricotta and spinach, roast pig with greens and Sardinian myrtle and "capretto alla cacciatora" (pan-fried kid), "abbacchio alla scottadito" (grilled lamb chops), wild boar stew with olives, chicory and Sautèed Rapini, salad and roast potatos. You can also choose from a variety of home made sweets such as: "torta moretta", "millefoglie", "seadas" and "papassini", which are typical Sardinian sweets, "tozzetti", "brutti ma buoni" and "tiramisu".
